I. General Regulations
Non-profit Nature
- Minecraft Rain Serenity Server is a non-profit, free-to-play Minecraft Java Edition server.
Donation Policy
- This server does not feature any paid items or pay-to-win elements, but unconditional voluntary donations are accepted.
RMT Disclaimer
- This server does not restrict players from real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items; however, the server team assumes no responsibility for any real-world economic disputes between players.
Conflict Resolution
- If you encounter any issues, conflicts, or arguments while playing on the server, please handle them calmly and rationally, and contact an administrator for assistance if necessary.
Community Respect
- Please respect others and treat everyone with kindness.
Age Guidelines
- According to Mojang's official guidelines, the recommended minimum age for Minecraft is 9+. If you are under this age, please play under the supervision of a guardian.
II. Prohibited Actions
Penalty
Violations found will result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removal depending on severity.
1. Chat & Community
- Offensive Speech
- Posting discriminatory, offensive, or grossly inappropriate remarks. (See Section III below)
- Objectionable Content
- Posting pornographic, objectionable, or excessively violent content.
- Spamming
- Spamming or flooding the chat with excessive messages.
- Inappropriate Acts
- Impersonating others, advertising without permission, or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
2. In-Game Actions
Cheating
- a. Using cheat clients, hacks, or forbidden modifications.
- b. Maliciously exploiting server or vanilla game vulnerabilities.
Griefing
- a. Unauthorized destruction or modification of other players' structures.
- b. Stealing items from other players' containers.
- c. Malicious PvP or player killing (PK) without mutual consent.
Abuse of Mechanics
- a. Abusing plugin functions (e.g., claiming over others' structures, locking others' containers).
- b. Spamming server commands.
Illegal Structures
- Building any inappropriate, indecent, or offensive structures.
III. Zero-Tolerance Violations
Absolute
The following actions will result in an immediate, permanent ban and removal from community groups without prior warning. These punishments are final and strictly non-appealable.
Hate Speech & Harassment

| Other Hate Speech | Any other forms of hate speech not listed above. |
| Doxxing | Doxxing, leaking, or distributing others' private real-world info. |
| Severe Harassment | Severe personal attacks or toxic harassment. |
IV. Ban Appeals
Standard Appeal Process
- If you disagree with a ban resulting from a non-zero-tolerance violation, you may submit an appeal to the administration through the official channels to request a reduced penalty or an unban.
