I. 总条例 | General Regulations
公益属性 / Non-profit Nature
- 雨润服务器 是一个 Minecraft Java 版公益服务器。
- Minecraft Rain Serenity Server is a non-profit, free-to-play Minecraft Java Edition server.
赞助原则 / Donation Policy
- 本服务器不包含任何付费项目，但接受玩家自愿且无条件的捐助。
- This server does not feature any paid items or pay-to-win elements, but unconditional voluntary donations are accepted.
现实交易免责 / RMT Disclaimer
- 本服务器不限制玩家在现实世界中对游戏内物品进行有偿交易（RMT），但对玩家之间引起的任何现实经济纠纷不承担任何法律与连带责任。
- This server does not restrict players from real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items; however, the server team assumes no responsibility for any real-world economic disputes between players.
矛盾处理 / Conflict Resolution
- 如果在游玩过程中遇到任何问题、矛盾或争吵，请冷静、理性地对待，并在必要时联系管理员介入处理。
- If you encounter any issues, conflicts, or arguments while playing on the server, please handle them calmly and rationally, and contact an administrator for assistance if necessary.

- Please respect others and treat everyone with kindness.
年龄建议 / Age Guidelines
- 根据 Minecraft 官方建议，最低游玩年龄为 9 岁以上。如果您低于此年龄，请在监护人陪同下游玩。
- According to Mojang's official guidelines, the recommended minimum age for Minecraft is 9+. If you are under this age, please play under the supervision of a guardian.
II. 严厉禁止的行为 | Prohibited Actions
违规处罚提示
以下行为一经发现，管理团队将根据情节严重程度给予 警告、暂封（Temp-Ban）或踢出 处罚。
1. 社区言论规范 / Chat & Community
- 发表不当言论 / Offensive Speech
- 发表歧视、攻击性或严重不当的言论。(详情请见下文第 III 节)
- Posting discriminatory, offensive, or grossly inappropriate remarks. (See Section III below)
- 不良内容 / Objectionable Content
- 发布色情、令人反感或过于暴力的内容。
- Posting pornographic, objectionable, or excessively violent content.
- 恶意刷屏 / Spamming
- 发送垃圾信息或恶意刷屏。
- Spamming or flooding the chat with excessive messages.
- 违规行为 / Inappropriate Acts
- 冒充他人、发布未经许可的广告或进行其他不当行为。
- Impersonating others, advertising without permission, or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
2. 游戏内行为规范 / In-Game Actions
⚖️ 作弊行为 / Cheating
- a. 使用作弊客户端、外挂或违规模组（Mods）。
b. 恶意利用服务器或游戏本身的漏洞（Bug）。 - a. Using cheat clients, hacks, or forbidden modifications.
b. Maliciously exploiting server or vanilla game vulnerabilities.
⚔️ 恶意破坏 / Griefing
- a. 未经许可破坏或篡改他人的建筑与劳动成果。
b. 未经许可拿取、偷盗他人容器内的物品。
c. 恶意 PvP（在非允许区域或未经双方同意强行击杀玩家）。 - a. Unauthorized destruction or modification of other players' structures.
b. Stealing items from other players' containers.
c. Malicious PvP or player killing (PK) without mutual consent.
🛠️ 滥用机制 / Abuse of Mechanics
- a. 滥用插件功能（如利用领地插件圈占他人建筑、在他人箱子上强行创建锁保护）。
b. 故意不断重复发送相同的指令（指令刷屏）。 - a. Abusing plugin functions (e.g., claiming over others' structures, locking others' containers).
b. Spamming server commands.
🏗️ 违规建筑 / Illegal Structures
- 建造任何不雅、违规或令人反感的建筑。
- Building any inappropriate, indecent, or offensive structures.
III. 零容忍项目 | Zero-Tolerance Violations
极其重要
以下行为一经发现，将导致您在不被警告的情况下被立刻永久封禁（Ban）并清除出社区群聊，且不接受任何形式的申诉。 The following actions will result in an immediate, permanent ban and removal from community groups without prior warning. These punishments are final and strictly non-appealable.

| 其他仇恨言论 | Any other forms of hate speech not listed above. |
| 隐私泄露 (人肉) | Doxxing, leaking, or distributing others' private real-world info. |
| 严重人身攻击 | Severe personal attacks or toxic harassment. |
IV. 封禁申诉 | Ban Appeals
🕊️ 常规申诉流程 / Standard Appeal Process
- 如果您对非“零容忍项目”的封禁处理结果持有异议，可以通过官方渠道向管理员提交申诉，申请减轻处罚或解除封禁。
- If you disagree with a ban resulting from a non-zero-tolerance violation, you may submit an appeal to the administration through the official channels to request a reduced penalty or an unban.
